Our culinary studio is equipped with a wide range of modern catering equipment. When developing new products, we therefore have the opportunity to test different methods of processing them. Here, too, in the company of delicious food, we inspire, create, discuss and refine our concepts. It is a place where we undoubtedly enjoy spending time.
The Academy is also a venue for training, workshops and business meetings. We are happy to invite all our partners, colleagues and provide training in the preparation and use of our products.

Mariusz Gachewicz, chef and co-founder of the Concept 37 Culinary Academy, winner of the 2021 Restaurant Guide Culinary Hermes in the gastronomy personality category.
He has been involved in the catering industry for over 20 years. He gained experience in prestigious restaurants: "Ratuszowa" Restaurant, "Kolumnowa" Restaurant, Victoria Hotel Restaurant. Long-time chef at the Gniew Castle Hotel****.
Mariusz is the owner of the restaurant 'Project Archimagirus' and organiser of the projects: Archimagirus Culinary Competition and Archimagirus Young Chefs. .
He is the co-founder of our Concept 37 Academy and has shaped its vision, set guidelines and overseen its creation from the very beginning.
His life motto is: "All one's life one learns and the foolish will die, but the wise are those who are aware of this... "Therefore, development is inscribed in his life. In Sicily, Thailand and Spain - he has worked and interned. He has participated in many culinary competitions at home and abroad. He is proud that in Poland in the 1990s, he won all the competitions he participated in. At the Erfurt Olympics in the category of regional dishes - he won a silver medal as a team. He has sat on the judging panels of many competitions for professionals as well as for young people.
But above all, Mariusz is an extremely warm person, valued for his sense of humour and building a good atmosphere. An indispensable companion at good food feasts.
