As every year at this time, there is excitement in the market about the anticipation of new versions of Lumberjack. During this time, many venues prepare their own variants, tailoring their offerings to this popular trend. We, too, have prepared some interesting inspiration - this time for Smith's warming burgers - and it's worth taking advantage of our suggestions.

BEEF SMITH CLASSIC
Burger with breaded cheese and beef
Ingredients:
sesame seed bun 1 pc.
breaded cheese 1 pc.
beef burger 200 g
hamburger sauce 25 g
bacon 2 slices (30 g)
pickled cucumber 4 slices 20 g
red onion 15g
tomato 30g
roasted onions 10g
Preparation:
- Fry the cheese (deep fryer: until golden / 180°C).
- Grill the burger for 4-6 minutes.
- Slice the cucumber, onion and tomato.
- Place cheese, beef burger, lettuce, cucumber, onion and tomato on a cut, grilled bun brushed with sauce, and finish with a sprinkling of roasted onions.

SMITH MEGA CRUNCHER
Burger with breaded cheese and chicken strips
Ingredients:
chicken strips 2 pcs.
sesame seed bun 1 pc.
breaded cheese 1 pc.
bacon 2 slices
paprika chutney 30g
lettuce 2 leaves
samurai spicy sauce 25 g
Preparation:
- Fry the cheese (deep fryer: until golden / 180°C) and the chicken strips (deep fryer: 2.5-3 min/170°C).
- Grill the bacon and bun on the hob or in a frying pan.
- Brush the bun with samurai sauce, place cheese, bacon slices, chicken strips, pepper chutney and lettuce cut into strips.

SMITH WITH JERKED BEEF AND PUMPKIN
Burger with breaded cheese, jerk beef and pickled pumpkin
Ingredients:
Slow-cooked jerked beef AJ Food 60 g
buttered roll 1 pc.
AJ Food crispy breaded cheese 1 pc. (125 g)
fresh cucumber 4 slices 20 g
Remia American Ketchup 25 g
pickled pumpkin 20 g
Preparation:
- Grill the bun on a hob or frying pan.
- Cut the cucumber into long slices.
- Heat the beef jerky in a pan - you can add a little American Ketchup sauce to taste.
- Fry the cheese (deep fryer: until golden / 180°C).
- Brush the split roll with ketchup, top with cheese, jerk beef, rolled cucumber slices and pickled pumpkin.

CLASSIC BEEF SMITH WITH CRANBERRY
Burger with breaded cheese, beef and cranberries
Ingredients:
sesame seed bun 1 pc.
breaded cheese 1 pc.
beef burger 200 g
hamburger sauce 25 g
bacon 2 slices (30 g)
curled lettuce 2 leaves
pickled cucumber 4 slices 20 g
red onion 15 g
cranberry jam 30 g
Preparation:
- Fry the beef burger and bacon slices on a grill plate or frying pan.
- Fry the breaded cheese in a deep fryer.
- Grill the split roll.
- Place sauce, cheese, beef, bacon slices, lettuce and onion slices on the bun. Top with cranberry jam and cover with the top of the bun.
CRANBERRY JAM
Ingredients:
Sugar 50 g
cranberries 300 g
10 g cinnamon
aniseed 1 star
carmenere wine 150 ml
black pepper 5 g
Preparation:
- Caramelise the sugar, add the cranberries (fresh/frozen), cinnamon bark and star anise.
- Toss with red carmenere wine, cook to the consistency of jam.
- Finally, add coarsely ground pepper.
- The jam can be pasteurised in jars for later use.
