On 30 January, another edition of Chefs Only took place at the Aparton Hotel in Ustka, in which we had the pleasure to participate. The motto of this edition was "Explore Innovation 2024: Modern plant-based and alternative cuisine".

The day began with a presentation by our chef Mariusz Gachewicz, who surprised the attending chefs with unique concepts based largely on gluten-free products.


We are currently witnessing many changes in the catering market, and one cannot fail to notice that more and more guests in restaurants, hotels or cafés are directing their choices towards gluten-free or lactose-free dishes and snacks, among other things. This is driven not only by intolerances, but also by fashion. It is worth paying attention to this fact in the establishments you run and providing your guests with choice.
