| Cream 30% | 1l |
| Butter | 100 gr |
| Truffle oil | 20 ml |
| White wine | 50 ml |
| Onions | 50 gr |

| Prepare Farm Frites puree according to instructions, add butter and salt. |
| Prepare the beef cheek by choosing one of the preparation methods. |
| Season with salt and sugar, squeeze in a little lemon, finish with butter. |
| Fry the boletes in hot oil. Add the onions. |
| We can add fresh thyme. Deglaze with white wine, watered down with 30% cream reduce until well conserved. |
| Add the butter, season with salt, pepper and truffle oil. |
| Blanch the broccoli, season with salt and pepper. |
