Truffle oil20 ml
White wine50 ml

Prepare Farm Frites puree according to instructions, add butter and salt.
Prepare the beef cheek by choosing one of the preparation methods.
Season with salt and sugar, squeeze in a little lemon, finish with butter.
Fry the boletes in hot oil. Add the onions.
We can add fresh thyme. Deglaze with white wine, watered down with 30% cream reduce until well conserved.
Add the butter, season with salt, pepper and truffle oil.
Blanch the broccoli, season with salt and pepper.
