Roasted beetroot (grated) | 120 g |
White onion (diced) | 15 g |

Deep-fry the pork chops at 175°C. |
Fry the potatoes in a frying pan with sliced bacon, season with baked potato seasoning. |
Fry the roasted beetroot, finely grated, together with the onion in butter, season with lemon juice, sugar, salt and pepper. |
Finally, add the butter. Mushroom, fry in butter, season with pepper, salt and add fresh dill. |
