Loose thigh on crispy vegetables

A simple dish to prepare. Loose marinated thigh served over crispy vegetables.

Onions100 g
Shallot100 g
Batats300 g
Cherry tomatoes300 g
Peas200 g
Kale150 g
Broccoli400 g
Small potatoes200 g
White wine200 ml
Butter70 g
Oil150 ml
Salt and pepperto taste
Dice the onion and fry.
Cut the shallots in half and add to the pan.
Dice the yam and also add to the pan.
Cook the broccoli in water until al dente.
Add the remaining vegetables to the pan as well (add the tomatoes last).
Add the wine, butter, salt and pepper.
Prepare the loose marinated thigh according to the instructions on the packet.
Put everything on a deeper plate, starting with the vegetables.
