Onions | 100 g |
Shallot | 100 g |
Batats | 300 g |
Cherry tomatoes | 300 g |
Peas | 200 g |
Kale | 150 g |
Broccoli | 400 g |
Small potatoes | 200 g |
White wine | 200 ml |
Butter | 70 g |
Oil | 150 ml |
Salt and pepper | to taste |
Dice the onion and fry. |
Cut the shallots in half and add to the pan. |
Dice the yam and also add to the pan. |
Cook the broccoli in water until al dente. |
Add the remaining vegetables to the pan as well (add the tomatoes last). |
Add the wine, butter, salt and pepper. |
Prepare the loose marinated thigh according to the instructions on the packet. |
Put everything on a deeper plate, starting with the vegetables. |
