Marinated thigh with potato wedges

Cheese madness not only in winter! Juicy marinated chicken thigh served with potato chunks and Asian sauce.

Boneless marinated thigh 1pc.
Wedges with skin150 g
Asian sauce with shimai mushrooms
Combine ponzu sauce with caramelised sugar, lemongrass, soy sauce and sriracha. Reduce, finally add finely diced red peppers and shimeyi mushrooms.
Fry the loose marinated thigh (fryer 4.5-5min / 175°C) and the wedges (fryer 3-4min / 175°C).
Serve in a bucket topped with the sauce.
