Slow-cooked products will surprise many a customer with their taste. Beef rib served with crispy fries and vegetables.

Honey | 30 g |
Carrots | 500 g |
Broccoli | 500 g |
Mushrooms | 500 g |

Drizzle the sauce over the ribs and combine with the vinegar, sugar and honey. Reduce and add the piri piri peppers. |
Place the ribs on a baking tray, brush with the sauce and bake at 180°C for about 8 minutes, basting with the sauce every so often. |
Blanch the carrots and broccoli and transfer to a frying pan. Fry together with the mushrooms and add the garlic, thyme, butter, freshly ground pepper and sea salt. |
Deep fry the fries at 175°C according to the time stated on the packet. |
Place Steakhouse fries on a plate or serving board, top with ribs. Arrange the vegetables and sauce on the side in a separate container. |
