Smashburger with egg and truffle sauce

An excellent option not only for the breakfast menu.

Beef burger 150 g1 pc.
Emmental cheese2 pcs.
Egg1 pc.
Truffle mayonnaise spoon1.3 pcs.
Arugula50 g
Pickled cucumbers20 g
Brown the bun on the grill plate
Defrost the burgers.
Prepare a fried egg
Place the burgers on the grill plate
Mash the chops with a press and grill (temp/ 250 degrees) until the edges are caramelised
Lift with a spatula and turn to the other side. Salt, top with cheese slices and fry for a short while
Spread the bun with truffle sauce, top with arugula and chops layered with cheese
Put a fried egg on top
Spread the top of the roll with the sauce and cover the roll
