| Brown the bun on the grill plate |
| Defrost the burgers. |
| Prepare a fried egg |
| Place the burgers on the grill plate |
| Mash the chops with a press and grill (temp/ 250 degrees) until the edges are caramelised |
| Lift with a spatula and turn to the other side. Salt, top with cheese slices and fry for a short while |
| Spread the bun with truffle sauce, top with arugula and chops layered with cheese |
| Put a fried egg on top |
| Spread the top of the roll with the sauce and cover the roll |
