Pork chop served with potatoes with bacon and fried beetroot

Deep-fry the pork chops at 175°C.
Fry the potatoes in a frying pan with sliced bacon, season with baked potato seasoning.
Fry the roasted beetroot, finely grated, together with the onion in butter, season with lemon juice, sugar, salt and pepper.
Finally, add the butter. Mushroom, fry in butter, season with pepper, salt and add fresh dill.
