1. Complaints

  1. The products offered in the shop are subject to technical inspection. The shop guarantees the purchased goods for a period of 6 months from the date of receipt/delivery of the goods.
  2. The guarantee covers defects due to reasons inherent in the goods sold, in particular technical, manufacturing, material or design defects.
  3. In the event that the Customer receives goods that are affected by defects as above, the Customer may lodge a complaint, In order to exercise the rights under the guarantee provided, the Customer is obliged to report the defect, within the time limit and in the manner described below.
  4. Complaints can be lodged by telephone on +48 881 949 734 or by email to sklep@ajfood.pl, stating the order number and the reasons for the complaint.
  5. In order to make use of the guarantee, the defect must be reported immediately, no later than 14 days from the day on which the defect was discovered, and the product must be presented together with the proof of purchase or invoice. This can be done by contacting sklep@ajfood.pl.
  6. If the defect report is deemed justified, the affected goods will be replaced with new goods.
  7. The guarantee does not cover goods whose defects have been caused:
    1. improper storage
    2. misuse of the product
    3. mechanical damage
    4. repairing the goods yourself.

2. Return of goods

  1. Within 14 days from the date of delivery of the ordered goods, the Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract without stating a reason by making an appropriate statement in writing In accordance with Article 27 of the Consumer Rights Act (Journal of Laws 2014, item 827) by concluding a "distance contract".
  2. In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the delivered goods that were the subject of the order must be sent to the address of the shop together with the statement of withdrawal or send the statement electronically. The shop reserves the right not to accept cash on delivery parcels.
  3. Together with the declaration of withdrawal from the contract, the Consumer is obliged to provide the proof of purchase together with information on the bank account number and details to which the purchase price of the goods is to be refunded. The Shop provides for the possibility to carry out a replacement order, at the Consumer's choice and in accordance with the ordering procedure.
  4. The condition for exercising the right of withdrawal is that the goods meet the following conditions:
    1. was not used;
    2. has not been damaged in any way;
    3. is complete;
    4. is not packaged;
    5. is originally packed and packaged;
    6. the packaging bears no signs of damage and any security features are intact;
    7. suitable for resale.
  5. In the event of an effective withdrawal from the contract, the price will be refunded within 14 working days from the date of delivery of the returned goods to the shop, by transfer to the bank account provided with the withdrawal declaration. In the event of withdrawal, the Consumer shall be entitled to a refund of the costs incurred. If, at the time of concluding the contract, the Consumer has chosen a method of delivery of the item other than the cheapest ordinary method offered by the Seller - the Seller shall not be obliged to reimburse the Consumer for any additional costs incurred by the Consumer in excess of the cheapest method.
  6. The shop will not reimburse the cost of sending the returned goods to the shop or the cost of the commission incurred by the Consumer in making the online purchase.
  7. The right of withdrawal shall not apply if the consignment is affected by mechanical damage of external origin. Before accepting the consignment delivered by courier, the Consumer is obliged to check whether the packaging has not been damaged in transit. In particular, attention should be paid to the condition of the tapes stuck to the consignment. If the packaging of the consignment bears the signs of damage or if the tapes are torn off, the consignment should not be accepted and a damage protocol should be drawn up in the presence of the courier and the shop staff should be contacted as soon as possible. Checking the consignment upon receipt is a prerequisite for taking into account any claims made by the Consumer on account of damage or robbery of the consignment in transport.
