| Beef burger 200 g | 1 pc. |
| Cheddar cheese slice | 2 pcs. |
| Bacon slices | 2 pcs. |
| Potato pancake | 1 pc. |
| BBQ sauce | 40 g |
| Brown the bun on the grill plate |
| Defrost the burger, divide into 2 parts, form balls |
| Fry the potato pancake in a deep fryer, grill the bacon until crispy |
| Mash the chops with a press and grill (temp/ 250 degrees) until the edges are caramelised |
| Lift with a spatula and turn to the other side. Salt, top with cheese slices and fry for a short while |
| Spread BBQ sauce on the bun, top with potato pancake and then chops layered with cheese |
| Brush the top of the roll with BBQ sauce and cover the roll |
