Breakfast burger with fried egg

A burger with juicy beef in an unveiling perfect for breakfast! Perfectly matched sauces, crunchy vegetables and a spilled egg create the perfect whole encased in a bun.

Beef burger 200 g
Roll ⌀120
Mayonnaise 20 g
Tomato 30 g
Fried egg
Arugula10 g
Salt, pepper
Slice the bun in two and bake for 3 min at 200C.
Meanwhile, fry the beef burger for about 5 minutes at 200C, then remove and season with salt and black pepper.
Then remove it and season with salt and black pepper.
Prepare a fried egg.
Pour mayonnaise on both sides of the baked roll.
Arrange arugula, meat, tomato, and a fried egg on the bottom of the bun one by one.
Cover the whole thing with the other baked half of the bun.
Burger is best served with fries....
