A classic burger with juicy beef! Perfectly matched sauces and crunchy vegetables create the perfect whole encased in a bun.

Beef burger 200 g
Roll ⌀120
Tomato 2 slices 30 g
Swedish cucumber 6 slices
Red onion15 g
2 Iceberg lettuce leaves
American ketchup25 g
Mustard25 g
Slice the bun in two and bake for 3 min at 200C.
Meanwhile, fry the beef burger for about 5 minutes at 200C,
Then remove it and season with salt and black pepper.
Pour ketchup and mustard on both sides of the baked roll.
Arrange lettuce, meat, tomato, cucumber and onion one by one on the bottom of the bun.
Cover the whole thing with the other baked half of the bun.
The burger is best served with fries.
