Beef burger with cheese sauce and fries

A traditional beef burger in a cheesy version! Juicy beef combined with vegetables and sauces encased in a bun. All covered with hot cheese sauce and served with fries. Cheese madness not only in winter!

Roll ⌀120
Tomato 30 g
2 mushrooms
Bacon 2 slices30 g
Curled lettuce 2 leaves
Butter 10 g
Emmenthaler cheese
Burger sauce 25 g
Cheese sauce75 g
Salt

Fast Fry 10 mm150 g
Slice the bun in two and bake for 3 mins at 200C. Meanwhile, fry the beef burger for about 5 minutes at 200C,
Towards the end of frying, place a slice of cheese on top to melt.
Fry the sliced mushrooms in butter and season with salt and pepper.
Grill the bacon.
Pour burger sauce on both sides of the baked bun.
Arrange lettuce, tomato, meat, bacon, mushrooms, lettuce and tomato one by one on the bottom of the bun.
Cover the whole thing with the other baked half of the bun.
Pour the warmed cheese sauce over the burger before serving.
