| Carrots | 500 g |
| Broccoli | 500 g |
| Cheese sauce | 500 g |
| White wine | 150 ml |
| Butter | 50 g |
| Chives | 100 g |
| Salt, pepper |
| Cut the potato, hollow out the part at the top and stuff it with pulled beef. |
| Cover with cheese sauce and bake in the oven at 180°C for about 8 minutes. |
| Blanch the carrots and broccoli, transfer to a pan and caramelise. |
| Toss with a little white wine, add butter and season with salt and pepper. |
| Put the potato on a plate, sprinkle with chives and add the vegetables. |
