Potato with pulled beef, cheese sauce and vegetables

Slow-cooked products will surprise more than one customer with their flavour. Baked potato served with pulled beef and vegetables topped with hot cheese sauce.

Carrots500 g
Broccoli500 g
Cheese sauce500 g
White wine150 ml
Butter50 g
Chives100 g
Salt, pepper
Cut the potato, hollow out the part at the top and stuff it with pulled beef.
Cover with cheese sauce and bake in the oven at 180°C for about 8 minutes.
Blanch the carrots and broccoli, transfer to a pan and caramelise.
Toss with a little white wine, add butter and season with salt and pepper.
Put the potato on a plate, sprinkle with chives and add the vegetables.
