Slow-cooked products will surprise many a customer with their taste. Baked potato served with jerk beef and vegetables topped with hot cheese sauce.
Large potatoes with skin | 10 pcs. |
Ragged beef | 1kg |
Carrots | 500 g |
Broccoli | 500 g |
Cheese sauce | 500 g |
White wine | 150 ml |
Butter | 50 g |
Chives | 100 g |

Cut the potato, hollow out the part at the top and stuff it with jerked beef. |
Cover with cheese sauce and bake in the oven at 180°C for about 8 minutes. |
Blanch the carrots and broccoli, transfer to a pan and caramelise. |
Toss with a little white wine, add butter and season with salt and pepper. |
Put the potato on a plate, sprinkle with chives and add the vegetables. |
