| Pepper jack cheese slices | 2 pcs. |
| Sliced jalapeños | 10 g |
| Sriracha sauce | 20 ml |
| Mayo sauce | 10 ml |
| Brown the bun on the grill plate |
| Defrost the burgers. |
| Prepare the sauce by combining sriracha sauce with mayo sauce in a 2:1 ratio |
| Place the burgers on the grill plate |
| Mash the chops with a press and grill (temp/ 250 degrees) until the edges are caramelised |
| Lift with a spatula and turn to the other side. Salt, top with cheese slices and fry for a short while |
| Spread sauce on bun, top with chops layered with cheese |
| Top with jalapeno slices |
| Spread the top of the roll with the sauce and cover the roll |
