Potato with jerk beef, cheese sauce and vegetables

Slow-cooked products will surprise many a customer with their taste. Baked potato served with jerk beef and vegetables topped with hot cheese sauce.

Cut the potato, hollow out the part at the top and stuff it with jerked beef.
Cover with cheese sauce and bake in the oven at 180°C for about 8 minutes.
Blanch the carrots and broccoli, transfer to a pan and caramelise.
Toss with a little white wine, add butter and season with salt and pepper.
Put the potato on a plate, sprinkle with chives and add the vegetables.
