Ingredients:
Maize quarters 150g
Cheese sauce 100 g

Preparation:

  1. Cook corn chips for 8 minutes, drain, then lightly fry in a frying pan / grill. Transfer to a bucket.
  2. Pour the cheese sauce over the corn and garnish with parsley.

Ingredients:
potato wedges with skin 150g
marinated thigh 1 pc. (approx. 95 g)
Asian shimeyi mushroom sauce 50 g

(ponzu sauce, sugar, lemongrass, red pepper, shimeyi mushrooms, soy sauce, sriracha sauce)

Preparation:

  1. Prepare the Asian chutney: combine the ponzu sauce with the caramelised sugar, lemongrass, soy sauce and sriracha. Reduce, finally add finely diced red peppers and shimeyi mushrooms.
  2. Fry the marinated thigh and potato particles in the fryer.
  3. Transfer the potato pieces to a casserole dish, place the striped marinated thigh on top, pour over the cheese sauce and bake for 3-4 minutes at 180°C.
  4. Serve with Asian chutney.

AJ Food crispy breaded cheese 1 pc. (125 g)
curled lettuce 2 leaves
red pepper 10 g

Preparation:

  1. Fry the kebabs in a frying pan.
  2. Fry the cheese according to the instructions on the packet.
  3. Lay out the tortilla - you can preheat it slightly on a grill plate to make it pliable.
  4. Spread some ketchup on the tortilla, top with lettuce, cheese torn into pieces, kebab and peppers. Fill with ketchup and wrap in paper.

  2. Prepare a cumberland sauce of horseradish, cranberry jam and red carmenere wine.
  3. Layer the ingredients on a board, serve with the sauces. Optionally garnish with triangles of fried tortilla.
