A classic burger with juicy beef! Perfectly matched sauces and crunchy vegetables create the perfect whole encased in a bun.
| Beef burger | 200 g |
| Bun | ⌀120 |
| Tomato 2 slices | 30 g |
| Swedish cucumber 6 slices | |
| Red onion | 15 g |
| 2 Iceberg lettuce leaves | |
| American ketchup | 25 g |
| Mustard | 25 g |
| Slice the bun in two and bake for 3 min at 200C. |
| Meanwhile, fry the beef burger for about 5 minutes at 200C, |
| Then remove it and season with salt and black pepper. |
| Pour ketchup and mustard on both sides of the baked roll. |
| Arrange lettuce, meat, tomato, cucumber and onion one by one on the bottom of the bun. |
| Cover the whole thing with the other baked half of the bun. |
| The burger is best served with fries. |
