Burger in a new smaller version! Juicy beef composed with gorgonzola, sweet pear, mushrooms and vegetables. All finished with a sauce.

| Gorgonzola | 20 g |
| Bacon | 30 g |
| Onions | 15 g |

| American ketchup | 20 g |
| Slice the bun in half, then brush it with ketchup. |
| Meanwhile, fry the beef burger. |
| Arrange the cheese, meat and the rest of the ingredients on one part. Top with the ketchup sauce and seal the bun from the top. Insert a patty into each burger and transfer to a baking tray and place in the oven for literally 2 minutes to allow the cheese to melt. Transfer the burgers prepared this way to a plate and you're ready to go! |
