| Bacon | 150g |
| Shallots | 100g |
| Roasted pumpkin | 1.2kg |
| Flavoured oil with paprika | 10ml |
| Garlic | 50g |
| Chives | 50g |
| Red wine (optional) | 50ml |

| Ingredients for 10 servings |
| Place the thawed cheeks together with the sauce on a baking tray and bake in the oven for about 8 minutes at 170°C. |
| Slice pumpkin into half-moons, add salt, garlic and thyme |
| Coat with paprika oil, mix thoroughly and place on a baking tray. |
| Bake in the oven for about 15 minutes at 170°C. |
| Fry shallots and bacon in oil, add chilled small potatoes. |
| Season with salt if necessary. |
| Finally, add the chopped chives. |
| Remove the fillets from the oven. |
| Transfer the sauce to a saucepan and reduce. |
| Season with salt and an optional splash of red wine. |
| Put the potatoes, roast pumpkin and beef polka dots on a plate. |
