Roast beef cheeks served with potatoes and roast pumpkin

Slow-cooked products will surprise many a customer with their taste. Beef cheeks served with potatoes topped with roast pumpkin is a dish ideal not only for autumn.

Bacon150g
Shallots100g
Roasted pumpkin1.2kg
Flavoured oil with paprika10ml

Red wine (optional)50ml

Ingredients for 10 servings
Place the thawed cheeks together with the sauce on a baking tray and bake in the oven for about 8 minutes at 170°C.
Slice pumpkin into half-moons, add salt, garlic and thyme
Coat with paprika oil, mix thoroughly and place on a baking tray.
Bake in the oven for about 15 minutes at 170°C.
Fry shallots and bacon in oil, add chilled small potatoes.
Season with salt if necessary.
Finally, add the chopped chives.
Remove the fillets from the oven.
Transfer the sauce to a saucepan and reduce.
Season with salt and an optional splash of red wine.
Put the potatoes, roast pumpkin and beef polka dots on a plate.
Pour a little sauce over everything.
