| 10 mm fries | 170 g |
| Mayonnaise | 30 ml |
| Ketchup | 10 ml |
| Lemon juice | 2 ml |
| Lemon | 30 g |
| Fry the prawns in batter in oil heated to 170°C for 3-4 minutes. |
| Fry the fries for 1.5 minutes at 175°C. |
| Mix mayonnaise with ketchup and lemon juice. |
| Serve on a platter with lemon slices. |
