Asian Prawn Burger with Spicy Lime Sauce and Bean Sprouts

Shrimp burger with crispy vegetables in a flavourful Asian sauce.

Burger bun 1 pc.
Prawns in batter 8 pcs.
Carrots40 g
Fresh cucumber20 g
Mung beans20 g
Coriander 10 g
Iceberg lettuce - leaf 2 pcs.
Soy sauce5 ml
Lime and chilli sauce15 ml
Cocktail sauce20 ml
Brown the bun on the grill plate.
Fry the prawns in batter in oil heated to 175°C for 3-4 minutes.
Finely julienne the carrots and cucumbers, then add the mung beans and chopped coriander.
Spread cocktail sauce on the bottom of the bun, add lettuce leaves, then place the prawns.
Arrange the vegetables on a platter, drizzle with a mixture of lime and chilli dressing and soy sauce.
Cover the bread roll and serve.
