| Fresh cucumber | 100 g |

| Italian chilli sauce | 15 ml |
| Cocktail sauce | 30 ml |
| Steam the bao buns. |
| Fry the squid strips in oil heated to 175°C for 3.5-4 minutes. |
| Prepare a marinade of oil, soy sauce, and sweet chilli sauce. |
| Slice the cucumbers, add the marinade. |
| Place a strip and cucumber slices into each bun, add cocktail sauce. |
