Crispy tenderloin strips in a burger – Asian style
| Chicken strips | 2 pcs. |
| Burger bun | 1 pc. |
| Fresh cucumbers | 80g |
| Oil | 5ml |
| Soy sauce | 2ml |
| Chilli flakes | 1g |
| Sweet sesame | 5g |
| Chilli sauce | 10ml |
| Mayonnaise | 20 ml |
| Toast the roll on the grill plate. |
| Fry the strips in a deep fryer (2.5-3 minutes, 175 degrees). |
| Slice the cucumbers. |
| Prepare a marinade with oil, soy sauce, chilli flakes, and sesame. Add it to the cucumbers. |
| Spread mayonnaise on the bottom of the bun, add the strips, not the gherkins, and drizzle with sweet chilli sauce. |
| Cover with the other half of the bread roll. |
