| Chorizo | 300 g |
| Jalapeño | 150 g |
| White onions | 300 g |
| Garlic sauce | 400 ml |

| Brown the bun on the grill plate. |
| Thaw the burger and smash on the grill plate, layering with toasted cheese. Salt at the end. |
| Fry the cheese in a deep fryer. |
| Cut chorizo and jalapeño peppers into strips, fry with onions. |
| Spread the bun with the sauce, place the lettuce and cheese on top. |
| Spread the cheese with the sauce, layer the burger and top with fried chanterelles. |
| Spread the top of the bun with the sauce, cover the bun. |
