
/ SMITH'S WRAP WITH JERKED BEEF AND CHANTERELLES
| Pulled beef | 700 g |
| Coated cheese 80 g | 10 pieces |
| Cocks | 300 g |
| Lettuce | 20 leaves |
| Mayonnaise sauce | 300 ml |
| Garlic | 15 g |
| Plum BBQ sauce | 200 ml |
| Onions | 50 g |
| Parsley | 30 g |
| Butter | 40 g |
| Wine | 50 ml |
| Fry the jerked beef, toss with the plum BBQ sauce. |
| Fry the breaded cheese. |
| Fry the chanterelles in butter with the onion and garlic, pour in the wine and add the parsley. |
| Spoon the jerked beef onto a warmed tortilla, brushed with the sauce. |
| Top with shredded cheese, chanterelles, pour sauce over and roll up. |
| Fry in a frying pan or contact grill. Serve with chips. |
