Blacksmith with jerked beef and pumpkin

Juicy jerk beef sous vide and crispy cheese are a staple. But the chunks of marinated pumpkin - give it a distinct character not just for Halloween.

Fresh cucumber 20 g

Fry the cheese (deep fryer: until golden / 180°C).
Roast the jerked beef in the oven (10-20 min / 150°C product thawed).
Slice the cucumber and pumpkin.
Arrange cheese, jerk beef, cucumber and pumpkin on a split, grilled bun brushed with sauce.
