| Cocks | 300 g |
| Pommes Parisiennes - Small potatoes | 2 kg |
| Bacon | 50 g |
| Oil | 20 ml |
| Onions | 50 g |
| Parsley | 30 g |
| Garlic | 20 g |
| Butter | 50 g |
| Finish with butter, add parsley. Season with salt and pepper. |
| Fry the biochar in the oil, add the chanterelles, chopped onion, garlic. |
| Cut the cooked potatoes into slices, fry in a deep fryer. |
| Mix the earthenware with the fried bacon and chanterelles. |
| Prepare pork chops in a deep fryer for 3.5 min at 170 ℃. |
