A traditional dish perfectly suited to the autumn menu. Bacon and chanterelles are the perfect complement to our pork chop.

Bacon50 g
Oil20 ml
Onions50 g
Parsley30 g
Garlic20 g
Butter50 g
Finish with butter, add parsley. Season with salt and pepper.
Fry the biochar in the oil, add the chanterelles, chopped onion, garlic.
Cut the cooked potatoes into slices, fry in a deep fryer.
Mix the earthenware with the fried bacon and chanterelles.
Prepare pork chops in a deep fryer for 3.5 min at 170 ℃.
