| Potatoes "wedges" | 1.5 kg |
| Sauerkraut | 1 kg |
| Smoked plums | 100 g |
| Sweet cabbage | 1.3 kg |
| Onions | 30 g |
| Cuts of game meat - Shoulder | 300 g |
| Kielbasa Myśliwska | 150 g |
| Tomato concentrate | 2 tablespoons |
| Bay leaves | 5 pcs. |
| Allspice | 10 pcs. |
| Sugar | 50 g |
| Red wine | 150 ml |
| Chanterelles for decoration | 150 g |
| Garlic | 10 g |
| Butter | 30 g |
| Oil | 30 ml |
| Ribs - heat 30 min, in a water bath at 80 degrees. |
| Fry the venison and sausage in the oil, followed by the onions. |
| Add the sauerkraut, bay leaf and allspice. Boil. |
| Add sweet cabbage, tomato paste and red wine. |
| Season to taste with salt, sugar, sweet and smoked paprika. |
| Cook until tender. |
| Prepare the wedges potatoes in a deep fryer. |
| Garnish the ribs with fried chanterelles, serve with crispy potato wedges and bigos. |
