Fry the thawed pork neck in a pan, add the garlic and thyme.
Fry the peppers, onions and shallots together with the boiled potatoes and blanched broccoli.
Season with salt and pepper Slice the onion into quills, add the vinegar, sugar and dill, mix and spoon over the pork neck
