| Fry the thawed pork neck in a pan, add the garlic and thyme. |
| Fry the peppers, onions and shallots together with the boiled potatoes and blanched broccoli. |
| Season with salt and pepper Slice the onion into quills, add the vinegar, sugar and dill, mix and spoon over the pork neck |
