Pork stew with sauerkraut and potato pancakes

A classic combination of stew and crispy pancakes accompanied by a sauerkraut salad. A simple dish for colder days.

Small potato pancakes30 pcs.
Sauerkraut600 g
Chives30 g
Sour cream 30%300 g
Carrot100 g
Sugar50 g
Parsley40 g
Olive oil40 ml
Pour the defrosted stew into the pot and cook for 2 minutes stirring.
Prepare a salad of cabbage, carrots, chives.
Fry the potato pancakes for 3 minutes at 175℃.
Put the goulash and potato pancakes on a plate. Put the cabbage on top of the stew, finish with sour cream and parsley.
