Roast neck of pork | 1 pc. |
Roasting sauce | 100 g |
Pommes Parisiennes - Small potatoes | 150 g |
Beets | 75 g |
Onions | 20 g |
Bake the pork neck for 12-15 minutes at 170°C. |
Pour the thawed sauce into the pot and cook for 2 minutes stirring constantly. |
Boil the potatoes until tender. |
Grate the beetroot and onions and season to taste. |
