Roast slices of pork neck in roast sauce served with potatoes and beetroot salad.
| Roast neck of pork | 1 pc. |
| Roasting sauce | 100 g |
| Pommes Parisiennes - Small potatoes | 150 g |
| Beets | 75 g |
| Onions | 20 g |
| Bake the pork neck for 12-15 minutes at 170°C. |
| Pour the defrosted sauce into the pot and cook for 2 minutes stirring constantly. |
| Boil the potatoes until tender. |
| Grate the beetroot and onions and season to taste. |
