Roast slices of pork neck in roast sauce served with potatoes and beetroot salad.

Bake the pork neck for 12-15 minutes at 170°C.
Pour the thawed sauce into the pot and cook for 2 minutes stirring constantly.
Boil the potatoes until tender.
Grate the beetroot and onions and season to taste.
