| Tortilla | 10 pieces |
| Poultry kebab | 700 g |
| Coated cheese 80 g | 10 pcs. |
| Chinese cabbage | 300 g |
| Pickled cucumber | 300 g |
| Red ceula | 300 g |
| Mayonnaise sauce | 300 ml |
| Fry the kebab in a frying pan, transfer to a warmed tortilla, brushed with sauce. |
| Fry the breaded cheese. |
| Top with the remaining toppings, spread the shredded cheese, pour the sauce over and roll up. |
| Fry in a frying pan or contact grill. Serve with chips. |
