Smith's wrap with strips, cranberries and horseradish

Ingredients

Strips	20 pcs.
Coated cheese 80 g	10 pcs.
Lettuce leaf	20 pcs.
Cranberry jam	300 g
Horseradish	100 g
Cream 30 %	200 ml

Recipe

Fry the strips and the breaded cheese,

Combine the cream with the horseradish, add a pinch of sugar.

Layer the strips and shredded breaded cheese on the warmed tortillas.

Spread with cranberry jam and horseradish sauce. Roll up.

Fry in a frying pan or contact grill. Serve with chips.
