Pulled beef | 700 g |
Coated cheese 80 g | 10 pieces |
Cocks | 300 g |
Lettuce | 20 leaves |
Mayonnaise sauce | 300 ml |
Garlic | 15 g |
Plum BBQ sauce | 200 ml |
Onions | 50 g |
Parsley | 30 g |
Butter | 40 g |
Wine | 50 ml |
Fry the jerked beef, toss with the plum BBQ sauce. |
Fry the breaded cheese. |
Fry the chanterelles in butter with the onion and garlic, pour in the wine and add the parsley. |
Spoon the jerked beef onto a warmed tortilla, brushed with the sauce. |
Top with shredded cheese, chanterelles, pour sauce over and roll up. |
Fry in a frying pan or contact grill. Serve with chips. |
