| Deep-fry the chicken strips at 175°C for 2.5–3.5 minutes. |
| Cut the carrot and cucumbers into strips. |
| Prepare the sauce: place the sesame seeds and chilli flakes in a frying pan, add the sauces and juices. Reduce. |
| Put the strips, chips and vegetable batons on the plate. |
| Pour the unagi sauce into one small bowl and the prepared sauce into the other. |
