Ponzu sauce	100 g
Pineapple juice	100 g
I am an eel	100 g
Lime juice	15 g
Fanex Sriracha sauce	10 g
Chilli flakes	20 g
Chives	50 g
Soy sauce	30 g
Sesame	10 g

Recipe

Prepare the wings according to the recipe.

Prepare the sauce: place the sesame seeds and chilli flakes in a frying pan, add the sauces and juices. Reduce.

Finally, add the wings and coat with the sauce.

Sprinkle with chives and serve.
