Our hit devolay in an autumn edition. The classics on a plate don't have to be boring 🙂

Mashed potatoes300 gr
Olive oil30 ml
Butter50 gr
Ground ginger2 gr
Defrost the devolaye and fry in a deep fryer. Fry for 5 minutes at 175 ℃.
Pour olive oil over the pumpkin, add garlic and roast.
Add mashed potatoes, ginger, and butter. Blend to a smooth paste.
Fry the Scoops in a deep fryer.
Top the devolay with the pumpkin puree. Serve with crispy scoops.
