Our hit devolay in an autumn edition. The classics on a plate don't have to be boring 🙂

| Scoops | 1.5 kg |
| Pumpkin | 1.2 kg |
| Mashed potatoes | 300 gr |
| Olive oil | 30 ml |
| Butter | 50 gr |
| Ground ginger | 2 gr |
| Defrost the devolaye and fry in a deep fryer. Fry for 5 minutes at 175 ℃. |
| Pour olive oil over the pumpkin, add garlic and roast. |
| Add mashed potatoes, ginger, and butter. Blend to a smooth paste. |
| Fry the Scoops in a deep fryer. |
| Top the devolay with the pumpkin puree. Serve with crispy scoops. |
