Fry the cheese (deep fryer: until golden / 180°C). |
Roast the jerked beef in the oven (10-20 min / 150°C product thawed). |
Slice the cucumber and pumpkin. |
Arrange cheese, jerk beef, cucumber and pumpkin on a split, grilled bun brushed with sauce. |
