| Beef burger 150 g | 10 pcs. |
| Coated cheese 125 g | 10 pcs. |
| Burger bun | 10 pcs. |
| Cocks | 400 g |
| Lettuce leaf | 20 pcs. |
| Red onion | 150 g |
| Burger sauce | 400 ml |
| Parsley | 20 g |
| Salt, pepper | to taste |
| Brown the bun on the grill plate. |
| Fry the burger on the grill plate, salt at the end. |
| Fry the cheese in a deep fryer. |
| Fry the chanterelles in butter. Season to taste with salt and pepper. |
| Spread the bun with the sauce, place the lettuce and cheese on top. |
| Spread the cheese with the sauce, layer the burger and top with fried chanterelles. |
| Spread the top of the bun with the sauce, cover the bun. |
