Delicate white fish with boiled potatoes, carrots and a mizeria-style sauce.

| Lemon zest | 1 g |
| Iodised salt | 0.25 g |
| Black pepper | 0.5 g |
| Garlic | 3 g |
| Extra butter | 15 g |
| Green peas | 32 g |
| Plain yoghurt, 2% fat | 60 g |
| Fresh cucumber (long) | 30 g |
| Dill | 4 g |
| Lemon juice | 6 g |
| Prepare the sauce: grate the cucumber and squeeze out the excess water. Add the yogurt, garlic, chopped dill and lemon juice, and pepper if desired. Mix well. |
| Boil the potatoes until the water comes to the boil, and the carrots and peas until tender. |
| Place the fish on a baking tray and bake at 185°C for 15-20 minutes. |
| Mix the boiled potatoes with the melted butter, lemon zest and a pinch of dill. |
| Put everything on the plate. You can serve the fish on the sauce or serve it separately. |
