Crispy fish fillet with boiled vegetables, baby potatoes and a delicate lemon sauce.
| Haddock burger | 100 g |
| Broccoli | 125 g |
| Cauliflower | 100 g |
| Carrots | 25 g |
| Quick potatoes | 150 g |
| Bouillon | 50 ml |
| Lemon zest | 3 g |
| Garlic | 3 g |
| Lemon | 6 g |
| Cream | 50 g |
| Roux (5 g of flour and 10 g of olive oil) | 15 g |
| Prepare the sauce: sauté the garlic in olive oil, add the flour and fry for a minute. |
| Gradually add the stock, stirring all the time. Then add the cream. |
| Take the sauce off the heat. Add the lemon juice and zest. Season with pepper only. |
| Place the hake burger on a baking tray and bake for about 19 minutes at 220°C. |
| Heat the potatoes until the water comes to the boil. |
| Put everything on the plate. Serve the sauce in a separate small bowl. |
